The personal information we collect and store

  • Information relating to an individual’s trading experience;

    You can always access personal information we hold about you unless there are certain legal reasons why we cannot do so.     While we will not charge you for a request for accessing your personal information, you should be aware that we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover our costs when giving you access, but we will always notify you once you make a request.

How to complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles

    If you wish to make a complaint about a breach of this Policy or the pricy principles of the Privacy Act 1988 you can contact us using the contact details below. You will need to provide us with as detail about the issue as possible together with any supporting evidence.
    We will contact you if we need any additional information from you. We will refer your complaint to Probis’s Compliance Officer who will investigate the issue and notify you in writing of the outcome of the investigation as particle as possible (generally, no later than 45 days)
    If you are still not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint directly to the Australian Privacy Commissioner for further investigation:
