Bank Wire
Bank wire deposits take approximately one to two business days (domestic) and three to five business days
(international), often less, to arrive and process into your trading account. Bank wire deposits may be made
in AUD or USD.
To deposit funds by bank wire, print the Probis Financial Services Limited bank account details below that
correspond to the currency of your bank account and take them to your bank for processing.
Probis Financial Services Limited does not charge any fees on deposit. Please note international payments to
and from international banking institutions may attract intermediary or transfer fees which are independent of
Probis. Probis does not take responsibility for such fees.
Please ensure you include your reference number as this helps us match your funds without
delay.
Note that the following bank account details are for retail clients only. If you are a wholesale

If there is insufficient space for including the full account name when remitting funds to us,

Important Information :
- Third Party Payments: Probis Financial Services Limited does not accept Third Party payments. Deposits
received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account
holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an
individual account and similar scenarios.
- AML/CTF: Probis Financial Services Limited is required by statutory anti-money laundering and counter
terrorism financing obligations to report any activity by an individual, company or trust that could be
construed as suspicious to the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).
Margin Withdrawal
The client can choose either of the following way to submit the withdrawal application.
- Press the button of “withdraw margin” in the trading platform and fill in the withdrawal amount, thus to
complete the withdrawal application.
- Contact our customer service department by telephone to complete the withdrawal application under the help
of the specialist when login ID and service pin should be provided.
Notes
- The bank account for receiving the withdrawal margin must be appointed by and belong to the trading
account holder.
- Margin withdrawal will be finished on the next business day after the withdrawal application is
submitted. The date of the submitted application is marked off by rollover time.
Rollover time of the trading system:.
- Summer Time:from Monday to Friday daily 4:55 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. on Saturday (GMT+8)
- Winter Time:from Monday to Friday daily 5:55 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. on Saturday (GMT+8)
Notes
- The withdrawal may delay because of the concentration of withdrawal application or other emergencies,
please to be understanding.
- In view of the full trusteeship of our clients funds, there may be a possibility of a relatively
delayed delivery of margin withdrawal due to the procedures of the trust bank.
Notes
- The variation margin may be not enough for withdrawal amount because of the market fluctuation.
- It needs more time to handle with the full withdrawal margin with account termination.
