Before opening an account and deciding to invest with us, you need to carefully read the relevant Legal Documentations and ensure that you fully understand the risks involved.
Probis Group offers Direct Fixed Income Service to Wholesale Clients (including ‘Sophisticated Investor’) only at this stage; therefore, you must be qualified as a Wholesale Client to be able to invest through our Direct Fixed Income Service. You can prove you are a Wholesale Client by providing a Qualified Accountant’s Certificate.
Probis Group provides its Direct Fixed Income Service (i.e. investing in and holding corporate bonds directly) through collaborations with leading business partners in the financial service industry, e.g. external Custodian and broker; therefore, you will need to read their offer documents if any, agree to their terms of conditions and meet their account opening requirements in order to use their services.
